Case Studies in Professional Service Firm Differentiation

Summary: In response to the suggestions
of past participants in our research who have asked
to see even more information, we expanded our research
efforts to include findings from a number of interviews.
This report, which serves as a companion to Differentiation:
How Are Professional Services Using it to Compete?,
includes the findings from thirteen telephone interviews
conducted with professional service firm leaders across
the U.S. and Canada. We asked about their implementation
of tactics to accomplish competitively advantageous
goals, what steps they took, what pitfalls they overcame,
who was responsible and what their results were.
Format: Twenty-seven pages of case
study interview notes. Presented as a GBC-bound black
and white report.
